5. Cabo Girao, Portugal
Located on the southern coastal edge of Madeira, Portugal are the highest cliffs in Europe, known by the name of Cabo Girao. The cliff is situated amidst green forests that are uniquely formed to allow no breeding of mosquitoes and poisonous snakes that make it a safe place for families. Tourists come here to take part in paragliding as it is the starting point from where to make the drop. From the top, one can get to view the beauty of the ocean and also see numerous waterfalls cascading down hundreds of feet below.
