Big Ben is the most popular landmark in the United Kingdom and is also hailed as the most iconic film location all over London so you should never miss to get your picture taken here when visiting England. The tower was built in 1858 and celebrated its 150th anniversary last May of 2009. Although it has been popularly known as the most famous tourist attraction in England, the interiors of the tower is not actually opened to visitors from other countries. UK residents however can arrange tours ahead through their Parliament member.
