8. See the famous Rose Festival
The festival is celebrated with much enthusiasm and is dedicated to rose flower as this city is abundantly bestowed with rose plantations and gardens that are simply astounding to the eyes. There are a plethora of events that are held during this festival that is definitely featuring on my list of the best attractions in Portland.
