4. Plakias, Crète

Plakias Beach is definitely one of the best beaches in Europe where you can roam around naked without having to seek permission from the authorities. Most nudists come here to take part in various camps organized for them specially. The beach is beautifully dotted with mountains that surround it from all the sides. The shape of the beach is like that of a crescent and is fringed with many hotels and resorts, making it a hub of many tourist activities.
