57. Highclere Castle
The Highclere Castle is a country house that features a Jacobethan style, complete with a beautiful park. The estate is located in Hampshire, England, in the UK. What makes the castle even popular is that it is the filming location of a famous British TV period drama, the Downton Abbey. The castle sits on the site of an earlier house, built on the foundations of a medieval palace of the Bishop of Winchester. The castle is also home to some Egyptian artifacts, another reason why lots of tourists would come to visit the castle.
