16. Kolocep island, Croatia
Croatia is home to a large number of breathtaking islands housing pristine and silvery beaches. One most noteworthy island that has to be mentioned here is the ‘not so touristy’ Kolocep Island, a small town that is located amidst ample lushness of deciduous forests comprising of pine trees and different kinds of flower species. Situated bang on the Adriatic sea, it is easily accessible by ferries that ply from Dubrovnik, a nearby town. With a scanty population, the island is the perfect destination for experiencing some spectacular romantic moments.
